Paul's approach to treatment is steeped in somatic and integrative approaches to wellness. When the body, mind and spirit are working in union, we are more fully able to address the challenges we face. During sessions, clients can expect some invitation to move their body, mind or breath with the hope of experiencing more expanded awareness. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative space for the work of therapy to begin.
